Data and collection

Registration forms, organization invitations, support correspondence, service activity and enabled integrations provide identity/contact details, organization/role details, project/task content, code and activity records. Technical records support authentication, security and fault investigation. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Legal acknowledgement text, version, language and time are retained as evidence. Paddle processes card details through its checkout; Coreaven receives necessary payment records such as transaction and subscription status.

Purposes and legal grounds

Account creation and service delivery rely on contract formation/performance; required records on legal obligations; dispute evidence on establishing, exercising or defending rights; security and abuse prevention on legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Activities requiring separate consent must obtain it separately. Acknowledging this notice does not grant blanket processing or marketing permission.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be shared within authorized organization roles, with hosting/communication providers operating the service, Paddle for payments, enabled Git and AI providers, and competent authorities where legally required. Your organization selects integration content and permissions; avoid unnecessary personal data and secrets. Where providers abroad are used, applicable transfer requirements must separately be met. Signup acknowledgement is not international-transfer consent. Ask the privacy contact for information about active providers and transfer arrangements.

Retention, security and cookies

Records are retained as needed for service delivery, applicable legal retention duties and protection of rights, then appropriately deleted, destroyed or anonymized when those grounds end. Account closure does not mean simultaneous removal of every record and backup. Ask for applicable retention details.
