Scope and accounts

These terms govern the service relationship between the provider identified below and the Coreaven user. Anyone registering for an organization must be authorized to do so. Organization members share access within their permissions and applicable plan limits. The organization is responsible for account security and member authorization.

Service, content and integrations

Coreaven manages software development work and connected coding tools. Only expressly offered capabilities are included. You must have the necessary rights to submitted code and content; ownership remains with you. You authorize the use and processing needed to deliver the service. Connected third-party services have their own terms and charges. AI output may contain errors and requires human review for accuracy, security and third-party rights before publication. No particular project outcome is guaranteed.

Trial and plan access

An eligible new Organization may receive a one-time PRO trial for the configured duration. Inviting members does not restart it. The trial alone creates no payment obligation; a paid purchase is separate. FREE applies after expiry unless another valid entitlement exists. Applicable access dates appear in your account.

Payment, periods and renewal

For Paddle purchases, the Paddle entity identified at checkout is the seller and Merchant of Record; Coreaven supplies the service. The plan, billing period, currency, taxes and total are shown before payment approval. Monthly or annual fees are charged in advance; an annual price expressed per month is not an installment arrangement. Subscriptions renew for the disclosed period until cancelled. Offer duration and subsequent pricing are disclosed with the offer. Price changes require advance notice and legally required approval. Paddle handles collection and transaction invoices. Paid access requires verified payment.

Cancellation and changes

Use the subscription link in your Paddle transaction email or payment support at paddle.net; contact Coreaven support below if you need help. Ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period; check its confirmation. Plan or period changes complete only when a supported option discloses the charge and effective date. Following failed payment, paid access may end after the paid period and any configured grace period. Unlimited grace is not promised.

Refunds, security and responsibility

Read the Refund Policy and Privacy Notice together with these terms. Fake accounts, unauthorized payment methods and knowingly false disputes are prohibited. Usage or completing a project alone does not establish fraud. Access may be restricted proportionately for security threats or material breach, with explanation and opportunity to remedy where possible. Intentional misconduct, gross negligence, non-excludable liability and mandatory consumer rights remain protected. Mandatory law and access to competent consumer authorities prevail. Material changes require advance notice; signup acknowledgement does not pre-accept every future amendment.
