Voluntary refunds

Coreaven offers no satisfaction guarantee, unused-day proration or voluntary refund for completing a project early. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself refund the current period.

Mandatory rights and Paddle

Statutory withdrawal and defective-service rights, applicable Paddle terms and Paddle refund decisions remain protected. A free trial does not remove these rights. Accepting this policy is not a withdrawal waiver. Exceptions depend on the specific transaction.

Requests and support

Submit payment/refund requests through paddle.net and technical issues to Coreaven support below. Include the transaction reference, never card details or passwords. Contacting Coreaven does not limit statutory deadlines or direct remedies. Refund effects on payment and access follow applicable law and Paddle's transaction decision. Good-faith complaints and disputes remain protected.
